Warranty, Returns and Refunds Policy

Your freeFORM Board is covered under a 12 month warranty for material workmanship or defects. Warranty period is from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. The warranty does not cover improper use or products not being maintained properly

The freeFORM Board is manufactured from the highest quality commercial grade plastics, wheels and ball bearings. In the rare event that there are any defects with the freeFORM Board, it is likely to be a minor assembly issue which is most often resolved by adjusting one or more fasteners. Please refer to the video below to see how any of the freeFORM wheels or the central locking mechanism need tightening or adjusting.

How To Lodge a Warranty Claim

There have been no major reports of structural faults with the freeFORM Board however if such an issue is ever encountered, please email details to freeformboard@hotmail.com We would also request that you provide;

  • Detailed description of the defect
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos to support your claim

If any defects are the result of a manufacturing fault, replacement parts will be supplied, or an exchange unit provided subject to warranty time period.

For full product replacement, the product will need to be sent back for further investigation before warranty is approved. Please allow 3-5 working/business days for your claim to be processed.
